First I would like to say a big THANK you for all the support, dedication and commitment you provided to us.
Patico stepped in to support just at the right time. The folders were a mess, care plans were not in place and policies were not up to date. Within a very short period of time barely a month, all the documentations were SPOT ON.
The staff dedicated all their energy, working tirelessly without stopping, not just in the office but even on out of hours. All this was done unbeknown when CQC would make that call to come in.
On the 11th hour of CQC confirmation, as usual Patico rolled their sleeves and worked till the wee hours of the day before the appointment. There was no doubt we had a swam of bees all ready to deliver.
And deliver they did!!! They were with us on the morning of the interview with all the expertise anyone would dream of and they executed the interview with CQC with flying colours. Had answers at the tip of their fingers and even the inspector run out of words with the whole interview... the inspector comments, 'It seems like I am dealing with another inspector'.
